You book your parking space online with us.
Before departure, hand over your vehicle at the terminal.
After arrival we await you with your car at the terminal.
The vehicle is handed over in the upper area (departure area) in front of the terminal, at the short-term parking zone. An employee will be waiting for you there at the agreed time.
If you arrive at Hamburg Airport earlier or later than agreed, please call us and we will come to meet you at that time.
When you have landed and collected your luggage, please call us. An employee will then drive your car directly to the terminal.
To collect the vehicle, please go from the lower area to the upper departure area. Our employee will be waiting for you with your vehicle directly in front of the terminal.
