Before departure, hand over your vehicle at the terminal.
After arrival we await you with your car at the terminal.
The vehicle is handed over in the upper area (departure area) in front of the terminal, at the short-term parking zone. An employee will be waiting for you there at the agreed time.
If you arrive at Hamburg Airport earlier or later than agreed, please call us and we will come to meet you at that time.
When you have landed and collected your luggage, please call us. An employee will then drive your car directly to the terminal.
To collect the vehicle, please go from the lower area to the upper departure area. Our employee will be waiting for you with your vehicle directly in front of the terminal.

Our parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of Hamburg Airport. While you check in, we will park your car safely in our underground car park or in our fenced parking lot, just 1 kilometer from Hamburg Airport. With us you can park cheaply and safely!
The vehicle is handed over and returned at Flughafenstrasse 1-3. We park your car at Obenhauptstrasse 15.
